Our pet products are made through a trusted network of partners around the world. This approach ensures top-tier quality while minimizing waste by producing items on demand.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Since our products are made to order, the production process typically takes 2-5 business days. After production, shipping times are as follows:
- Domestic orders: 3-7 business days after production.
- International orders: 7-14 business days after production.
You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way so you can follow it straight to your door.
4. Do you ship worldwide?
Absolutely! We proudly ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but rest assured, we’ll get your pet’s new favorite product to you as quickly as possible.
5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Since each item is custom-made just for you, returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged products. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it, and we’ll make it right!
